Brent has been immersed in the building industry his entire life, co-owning a custom door and millwork company his father founded in 1981. With a focus on quality, style, and design, he worked closely with architects, builders, and homeowners to bring their unique visions to life. Prior to joining Glacier, he served as a door and millwork manager, further honing his expertise in the field.

With a background in Logistics, Service, and Analytics for companies like Salomon, Keen, and Nike, Jevon brings an unmatched level of professionalism and organization to Glacier. His experience working with big corporations helps shape all our systems and processes.

Ken founded the first Loewen Window Center of Oregon in the late 1980s and recognized early how well this product would perform in the damp Pacific Northwest. His vision for a company dedicated to innovative and high-quality products shapes everything we do.

Following a stint in the Air Force, Aaron returned to his hometown to manage our warehouse and ensure safe deliveries of all products.

Arbnor quickly became an integral member of the Glacier team thanks to his passion for windows and extensive experience. His craftsmanship started at a young age in a European tilt-turn factory, where he swept floors while learning the craft from his father. His exceptional installation skills deliver outstanding results for our customers.

SERVICE MANAGER- Portland/Seattle



Mel may end up running this place someday. Her steady, reliable character helps keep our Service Department moving forward. She's focused on getting the parts we need and services scheduled for our customers.
