Fiberglass Windows!!!

Glacier Window & Door is happy to announce we've partnered with Accurate Dorwin to augment our product offering with a fiberglass window! The demand for fiberglass windows has grown over the past few years as more and more architects, designers, builders and energy consultants are recognizing the benefits that come with this type of product.

Accurate Dorwin windows are manufactured in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They are designed to accommodate a tripane insulated glass unit in the range of 34-37mm overall thickness. The end result is a window capable of hitting U values under .20. Based on the particular low e coating being utilized, SHGCs in the range of .45-.50

We already have a green builder utilizing Accurate Dorwin in a Passivhaus here in Portland.
